How the Enquiry Form Works
When you fill out and submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, the details you enter are used to open a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation directly between your device and Oriental Lift's WhatsApp number. The form does not send your information to a server or database — it is not stored by this website at all. Once the WhatsApp message is sent, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it is a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta, not by us.
How We Use Your Information
Any information you share with us directly (by call, WhatsApp, email or social media message) is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry about a lift or elevator project
- Prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit or discuss your requirement
- Provide ongoing service where you become a customer (installation, maintenance, repair, AMC, modernization or replacement)
